This Villa is in a great location for all of the fantastic parks being only a short drive away, Disney is just 15 minutes drive and Universal Studios just 20/25 minutes drive from our villa. We have plenty of stores to shop until you drop.....places to eat from Ice cream ! hop and Waffle Houses, Applebee's, pizza's, & Steak houses!.....too many to mention, we are spoilt for choice! Two Publix just a few minutes away with everything you would need. Banks, Pharmacy, Dentist, and Medical Care also not far away just a perfect location for just about everything. We supply Pool Towels, Bath Towels & Linen. We have a fully Equipped Utility Room with washing Machine, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board. Our Pool can be heated if required ( Additional Cost ) measures 30 x 15 ft .Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. We have a Dining Room that seats 6 comfortably and a Kitchen Nook. Our Games Room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey , Tv and CD player. Three stools and table..... great for the Teenagers!
Pool heat is an additional cost and is recommended during the winter months. Upon inquiry please let us know you are also interested in pool heat so we can include it in your quote.
